Does Buu Transform?

I think staff clarified all Buus as non transformers but there can only be two types of Buus at a time. They clarified as each Buu a different character I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong.

All forms of Buu are non-transformers. Buu gets Spiritken, Kaioken and SKK as their transformations.

2 forms of Buu are allowed (technically any form of Kid/Evil/Majin/Super Buu and then Fat Buu (good form)) You can split it however you want though, b/c that bitch is so hard to keep track of.

Yeah, we weren't supposed to though. We are only supposed to have two. Someone messed up due to the fact that we can't keep a concrete count due to all the different names. But being our mistake, we'll overlook it.
