and why wasnt that introduced at the begining? im not bitching but that would have been a good rule.

Because I hadn't expected people to go so low as to vote for someone just because people made a sig of them.

I can barely find time to go on the internet. And recently something keeps heating up my computer and shutting it.

That happened to me before: clean your computer, and fast. If you let it overheat, you might brake beyond repair.
