I think Kold meant that you shouldn't be posting just once every 3 days, otherwise you might be seen as being lazy. Whether or not you get the powerup depends entirely on how well the staff think you've roleplayed, and whether or not you've written enough. I'd guess that good roleplaying can make up for time lost though, but not much. I think the ideal is about one large post a day to learn a major technique. Let someone wiser correct me if I'm wrong.

How Long: Never ask that question, just RP your heart out and let the staff decide if it's long enough.

When going to a technique or anything else, it's always real time(real life). So yes, 2 weeks from when you start the post).

Roleplay as often as you can, staff love that, it shows that you'll stick around and that you're not just about the power ups, becuase if it's just about the ki upgrade, you probably won't get it.

You don't have to post once for every day of training, just as much as possible. If you wanted, you could post 10 times for one days worth of training, trust me, the more work you put into the greater your chances.
