Yes it's -25 to all stats but I'm inclined to say no to the change only because you have not been here long enough yet again to give it a proper try. If people would just pick a character and stick with it...whatever I say no but I'll go with whatever BJ or an Admin says.

And 19 the problem is people can't pick a damn character they can rp and refuse to give it a real shot and then we get people a week later asking to be changed so we get twice the work. But sure if you want to change I'll do it for you this one time, make your next character work. And kindly don't tell me how the system works I go into it enough everyday to make your head spin.
