---History---

Cell remembers little more than his birth and the consuming urge to devour his android siblings to rise to his programmed pinnacle. He recalls only wandering Earth for the past four years in an attempt to realise this goal.


---Personality---

Defiant and arrogant, Cell desires nothing more than the conquest of power. He doesn't necessarily need to strike fear into humans, those that he feeds upon; it became a hobby of his, something to alleviate boredom. He travels alone with only Gero's orders, that familiar voice that fills his mind and reminds him of his purpose. Nothing will stop him from achieve his goal; his heartless ransacking and murder of countless Earth settlements has increased his pool of power, but the androids are all he truly seeks.

He is not blinded by his thirst however. He will not enter a predicament he knows he cannot escape, although he will take a risk every now and then. Cell is an intelligent fighter and prefers calculated battling techniques rather than brute strength. He isn't afraid to fight dirty either; self preservation is important to him.

---Abilities---

~1~ Absorption (Kaioken x 15)
From the years of stealing the human material littered over the planet, Cell has developed an extra storage of energy he can call upon to boost his power. Up to fifteen times his base, Cell can easily thwart off threats or destroy massive sections of land with this. (NOTE: This is Cell's reworked version of Kaioken.)

~2~ Genki Dama (Spirit Bomb)
Channeling the life force of an entire planet, or indeed, even an entire solar system, Cell can transmute this energy into a ball of spiritual power relative to the accumulated energy. He rarely uses this, but it is his strongest attack. It was parted to him as birthright.

~3~ Fusion
An amazing ability of this artificial life form is to fuse temporarily with any other life form. Due to his cell's composition and variety, they are actually capable of merging with another being, but only for a limited time. Cell isn't aware of this dormant power at all, and would not know how to perform it.

~4~ Metal Binding
Another strength given as a gift by his creator, Cell can manipulate certain mentals with nothing more than an invisible lace of ki and his mind.

~5~ Instant Transmission
With it, Cell can teleport to anywhere in the known universe in an instant by transforming his body into light energy and travelling to a ki source. The bio-android needs an energy 'anchor' to travel to, otherwise IT cannot be directed or used.

~6~ Dark Ki
By no means evil as the name may imply, Cell can control and employ the converse polarity of positive energy to use in a variety of different situations. It also makes him invisible to most ki sensing methods.

~7~ Foresight
When Cell concentrates, he can actually visualise an opponent's move or series of moves in his mind's eye, making it possible for him to dodge them completely. Also, when Cell devotes full attention to this skill, he can actually see into the future. He can only see the future of the landscape around him, and no more than ten seconds. While he's doing this, he is totally open to attacks.

However, when Cell isn't focusing, it still has a use. It acts as a 'danger sense', alerting the android to an event that is about to happen that is detrimental to himself, the landscape he's in or someone else nearby. He has no control of it or even any knowledge that he possesses it, and as such, he uses it without knowing it.

~8~ Regeneration
The critical addition of Piccolo's cells to the android's brimming genetic detail have bestowed upon him a potentially life saving ability. At the point of any physical destruction to his person, Android 21 can quickly and with little energy, regenerate the missing portion of himself. In contrast to the Namek's regenerative restraints, Cell has none. Only one of his cells needs to be alive to completely reconstruct his being at the time of his most powerful. Cell can also survive perfectly fine with huge wounds and missing limbs. They can hurt and drain him of strength and stamina, but they are never fatal.

---Best Moves---

~1~ Final Flash
Due to the presence of Vegeta's DNA within Cell, he has witness to this jaw dropping attack. Cell spreads his arms out and funnels energy into each hand. Once the power begins to physically manifest around his palms, he slams his wrists together and brings the orbs together. Cell claws his fingers around the unstable ball until the power contained within it is to his liking. He then opens his fingers, screaming the attack's name and launching a terrifying beam of ki.

~2~ Tri Beam
A gift from Tien, Cell forms an upside-down triangle gap between his index fingers and thumbs and uses that hole to aim his attack. Once the hybrid has his target in sight, he calls the attack's name, and a powerful wave of energy fires from his forearms and hands in the shape of a triangle. This attack has the potential to be as strong as the Final Flash attack with far less charging time, but it can be incredibly draining if overused, and can lead to death.

~3~ Darkness Nova
Using the Dark Ki within him, Cell can craft an energy orb formed entirely out of the negative power. He simply raises his hand into the sky holding the black ball, shouting the attack's name. Instead of exploding in a burst of light, it spreads pitch blackness around the area of the android hybrid, effectively the same distance and time as a Solar Flare. Because the ki used in this ability is negative, it blocks out the positive emission of normal energy, making any ki source within the blackout impossible to sense by any conventional means. Because of the ki's nature also, it cannot be blocked by closing one's eyes, as the darkness still exists if one's eyes are opened again.

~4~ Gigantic Meteor
Borne of the knowledge extracted from Broli's cells. The bio android raises one hand and forms a green orb around him that constantly feeds his palm the energy it possesses. Eventually the orb completely collapses and distills into a small glowing marble and is fired. Its appearance is akin to a huge emerald meteor falling from the sky. It is rather potent and fast to charge, but cannot be fired in quick succession.

~5~ Cellular Shockwave
A combined effort of Nappa's Shockwave and Cell's self destruct option. By siphoning power into each of Cell's cells, they begin oscillating, coating Cell in an orange-yellow glow. When he's ready, he released the energy by raising one hand with index and middle fingers extended. The blast is most deadly at close range; it is an ideal attack to remove any restrictive prison or fighter. The power of the attack weakens as the range extends.

~6~ Cutter
A modified version of Frieza's Daichiretsuzan. Cell extends his index and middle fingers and slices the air. The razor sharp waves of ki can only be seen in a blue line as they are performed, but are otherwise invisible. They don't travel as far as Frieza's variation, nor are they normally large. They are great for chopping through any close to medium range substance, including flesh and bone, steel, and some weaker ki attacks.

~7~ Renzoku Energy Dan
Taken from many of Cell's harvested genes. The bio android merely fires small energy blasts at a fast pace with both hands, but with low power and only reasonable accuracy. It is great for pelting a weakened and immobile object, or for trying to distract a warrior from a stronger impending attack.

~8~ Fusion Shields
Cell creates two shields of energy that rest over the tops of his forearms, roughly the size of a briefcase each. These shields take little energy to create and sustain, and they are capable of deflecting basic ki blasts and can even be used to block physical attacks. Their disadvantages are that they cannot defend against best moves and the placement of the shield/s must be accurate to prevent damage. To protect against best moves, Cell can bring his forearms together in front of him and fuse the shields into one large defensive barrier, which expands to cover Cell's whole front. Almost any attack can be blocked with this, but if it's a beam or constant attack, it will eventually fade.

---Combos---

~1~ Spirit Fusion Shield
Cell combines his spirit energy collecting attribute with his Fusion Shield for this. Once Cell collects enough spirit energy, he creates his Fusion Shields entirely out of spirit energy and forms the fused shield before him. It is far stronger than the shield formed from his ki, and as such can block virtually any attack. It can only be sustained for the same amount of time as the normal, and it has the obvious drawback of standing still and gathering spirit energy before it can be used.

~2~ Final Tri Beam
Cell's ultimate attack. By combining Final Flash and Tri Beam, Cell can perform an energy attack of unparalleled power. The genetic hybrid begins charging for the attack in the same manner as the Final Flash, but when he brings his hands together, he forms a triangle with his hands as in Tri Beam. The energy slowly surrounds his hands until Cell is happy with the stored energy. He then calls the technique's name and points his touching fingers at his opponent, firing the energy in the form of a dual beam from his outstretched arms. The powerful Final Flash wave is in the centre of the attack, and the constantly twirling Tri Beam surrounds it. On impact, the Final Tri Beam does immense damage, and is hard to survive. However, using this attack brings Cell to near-unconsciousness, so he reserves this attack for an absolute emergency.

Cell has never used this attack before.


---Common Metal Binding Applications---

~1~ Katchin Tendrils
A simple function of his metal binding skills, Cell wills the solid katchin to thin out into multiple threads of the metal, capable of extending and moving as if they were alive. Useful for restraining attempted escapees, swinging, grabbing far away objects, and many other uses.
