Yea, but the Gero bug thing didn't follow Goku to Namek though. Hence why Android 19 was like "Holy shit" when Goku went to super saiya-jin and started to beat the crap out of him.

I don't mind the whole top 15 thing, but could I just include people's cells that I want, or that they want included in me? I mean, Cell is supposed to be the ultimate fighter. If Gero had access to everyone, wouldn't he extract it from everyone?

Plus, for my trans_4, I wanted that to be my semi-perfect form for x20. Then if I ever get trans 5, I'd like that to be my perfect state. Is that OK?

I don`t know why Cell is considered a transformer, though. In the show, once he absorbed the Androids and transformed, he got to keep his form even when he spew out 18. So one could say that his forms can be considered permanent power-ups. Of course, this is CDBZ and diffrent from DBZ but still...

In any case, Cell only really has 3 forms (ignoring the SSJ-like power-up he got from absorbed people). So his forms are more similar to Saiyan power-ups then Changeling transformations.
