I'd like to be reactivated as Zangya. I would love to not have to agree to Bardock's deal, but if I must, I shall.
Character Name:
Zangya
Starting Planet:
Vegeta-sei
Starting Techniques:
Moon Dagger: Named for the group of assassins that Zangya had once worked for, using this technique, the Ader charges her crescent-moon-shaped dagger with her ki, and then swipes it in mid-air, sending crescent shaped slices of energy at her foe. The slices can cause either knockback, or, very rarely, cuts in the enemy. Zangya prefers this technique over many, and uses it frequently when she is in possession of her weapon.
Lady's Vision: This technique is another that Zangya likes -- using it, she can use her eyes to lock onto a target, and then send a beam of ki from each eye which is powerful enough to slice through the strongest mountain and knockback the strongest warriors. Very useful when the opponent or target is unaware of Zangya's prescene or unsuspecting of an attack.
Trap Shooter: A technique learned throughout her days with the mercenaries on Mercy-sei, Zangya uses this technique to fire several smaller orbs of energy, which then close in on her foe and home in on them, causing a near inescapable explosive effect which causes severe knockback.
Roleplay Sample:
Zangya stepped into the Full Moon Pub, her flowing orange hair sliding past her shoulders and down her back. The moonlight was shining brightly through the dull windows that night, perhaps so much that it could shine through all the grime and dust that had settled on the glass surface. She seemed to be out of place here; everyone there seemed to be gruff and unkempt, a polar opposite to her elegant appearance. The greenish-skinned Ader strutted over to the bar, sliding onto a stool and snapping her fingers impatiently, signaling for the bartender to come over to her. A squeaky noise came from where the bartender was, and she noticed his arms moving in a circular motion; presumably cleaning a cup, she assumed. At first, her signal seemed to be ignored. Slightly annoyed, she snapped her fingers again, and the rough-looking Saiya-jin man turned from the back counter, where he had been scrubbing a glass. The glass was still quite filthy?a rather poor job, if she had to comment on it. The gruff looking man took a few stomping steps towards her and slowly sat the cloth he had been cleaning with on the table, and then leaned over the woman, his hot, onion-smelling breath clear in her nostrils. He towered over her, and was much larger in build, as well. He could probably beat her in a sheer match of brawn. Luckily for her, Zangya had the power of agility and brains, and therefore, she knew she could probably triumph against him. Alas, she wished to not push her luck, and so waited for him to speak instead of insulting his service. She wished not to die today.
?What can I do for you, ma?am?? he said dauntingly, sniffing slightly as he spoke. His voice, however deep and powerful it was, gave the impression of a caveman, not a well-spoken public speaker. Of course, bartenders usually weren?t public speakers; but then, stereotypes were for another day. Zangya gulped with slight hesitation at the man, who could, if he wanted to, grab her right now in her state of fear and squash her like a bug, and then replied to him sharply and sternly in her soft, monotone voice.
?I?ll tell you what. I?d like a bit of moon-juice, if you?ve got any,? she told him, glaring and pushing him backwards with her certain-of-herself glare. She smirked, and cocked her head to one side in a taunting fashion.
?Watch your step, missy,? he warned, turning with the filthy glass and pouring moon-juice into it. Zangya?s expression turned from confident to disgust as he sat the half-cleaned glass in front of her and then turned back to his work, as if what he had just done was right or called for.
?On second thought,? she began, hiding her anger, ?How about an order of monkey blood instead??
The Saiya-jin turned to question her, but it was too late, and Zangya had already leaped from her seat and over the counter, and was already pushing her boot into his face. He fell into the back counter, knocking over bottles filled with alcoholic drinks and empty glasses and he sprawled backwards with pain, and Zangya used his face as a pad when she leaped up onto the rafters, and climbed like a chimpanzee onto one. The brute looked up at her, and then opened his mouth wide and fired a long blast of chi at her, but she was not taunted. Slipping quickly off her perch as the violet spray of energy burst through it and then through the roof, she landed on the floor in front of the counter, quickly looking around her to make sure the patrons weren?t thinking about joining in on their little spat. She unsheathed a small, crescent-moon-shaped dagger and grasped the sapphire handle, taking her moment to leap in and stab it into his shoulder. He screamed with pain and then doubled over as she pulled the knife from its point of entry and back flipped off the Saiya-jin. Standing behind his crumpled form, she took the cloth he had used and wiped the Saiya-jin blood from the silver tip of her blade.
?Changed my mind,? she told the moaning man, ?Decided I didn?t want monkey blood after all.? And then, as she finished her taunt, she took the filthy glass in one hand and poured the moon juice onto his head. And with that, she vaulted over the counter, sheathed her blade, and then turned to look at the patrons, all reeling from shock and horror. The Ader scoffed at them all, and then slowly exited the Full Moon Pub.
Outside, Zangya looked around at the people?they all seemed so brutish, the men and the women. So it was true what she had heard about the Saiya-jin?they really were just ruthless, violence hungry people. Right now, the Ader wasn?t sure if that was what she wanted. The green-skinned woman stepped into the hustle and bustle of the crowd, which really wasn?t made up of more than one hundred people. They were all just so largely-framed, and it really left no room for others to even do so much as move; a struggle, but a struggle that was only annoying, not so much frustrating.
Zangya?s journey ended at the Monkey?s Tail Motel, where she had been staying throughout her visit to planet Vejita-sei. As she stepped into the elevator to go up to her room, she was ready for the music this time. Originally, she had been expecting classic elevator music?a smooth, instrumental jazz, something to calm your nerves as you rode up to your room?but that was not what she received. She was welcomed by the nerve-wracking blast of heavy metal music, and it had scared her out of her wits. Well, this time when those screaming lyrics and rough guitar solos burst into her ears, she would be ready for them. And so, the heavy metal music began, blocking out all sounds on the outside of the elevator. The metallic doors slid open, and the music halted, when she reached floor seven. Slowly, she exited, and the doors closed. The Ader made her way down the messy hallway, now used to the level of cleanliness the residents of Vejita-sei usually presented in their facilities. She pulled the key from her pocket as she reached door 7E, but soon, her entrance was interrupted by voices floating into her ears from just down the hallway. Already, the conversation was interesting to her, and she believed that it was time for a little eavesdropping.
