Bebi's Common Ability-Liquefy

We've had extreme problems with that ability in the past so we finally chose to not allow it for balance reasons.

It's disappointing, true. Even I was disappointed when the move was banned, as I saw enormous potential with it. But hey. The few fuck things up for the many, y'know?

I'd be willing to let the ability take over NPCs if Rei doesn't have a problem with that.

Whether or not you can take over NPCs, though, trying to invade other member-characters isn't something that's going to happen again.

That's no problem with me, HOWEVER one of the serious issues was how the other Bebi had taken over one of the FoF head bosses and basically tried to get him to kill himself, and when that was not allowed (It wasn't earned, nor was it something that Burter wished to allow to be done) he threw a huge fit and quit. NPCs that aren't "boss level" characters are fine... Basically anyone, except we'll have to judge in a staff saga if we see a benefit storywise of them doing it to an NPC, and if this NPC dies, it will kill Bebi as well. We'd also reserve the right to allow the NPC to fight them off if he begins doing something completely irrational.

Actually, that incident WAS allowed. The fit was because he wanted to invade Rad during DA pre-game and kill all the competition, and Rad, without getting in trouble due to the "no-violence" rule.
