If Cap. Silver gets tooken over by Ball of Fire does that make him the MOA? If not then who the hell is?

Sorry to step in staff ;.;

MoA was ran initally by Dave (bUub), and I then took it on afterwards. However, when Dave returned, and shortly before he left again, he asked the staff to make sure that he was the only one to run MoA.

No, actually, no one is going to handle MoA. If you'd like something similar, make up your own saga. Uub owns MoA, he asked for it to be his and only his, so you guys will have to make up your own, original idea
