[02] Black Market - Vegeta-sei
#1
(These items can only be purchased on Vegeta-sei)

Active Location Tracer - 3,000 zeni - This device is little more than a small plastic disc with a button on it. Once the button is pressed the disc becomes coated in a layer of adhesive. The disc also changes in viscosity, making it impossible to detect its impact. The disc emits a signal that can be picked up utilizing the Q-Wave technology in scouters. Upon purchase, the tracer’s Q-Wave signal is synced with the purchaser’s scouter, making so only they can detect the tracer. The Active Location Tracer has a running battery life of 48 hours. After which it must be recharged. Plugging it into a recharger that comes with purchase will have it up and running within a few hours.

Tracer Upgrade - 2,000 zeni - This upgrade allows the user to listen to anything happening around the Tracer. However, this halves the battery life of the tracer. Also, this upgrade must be incorporated upon purchase. Existing tracers cannot be fitted with this after they have been sold.

Saibashard - 2,000 zeni - Deep within the mines of Vegeta-sei, a special ore has been found. One of the uses of this ore, once processed, is to drastically increase the power of artificial life forms, such as Saibamen. The reason is unknown, but the results are spectacular. Before a Saibaman seed is planted, the shard is inserted into it. The creature is then summoned in the usual manner, but its power is increased 20 fold. The shards can be retrieved from the Saibaman once it reverts to its seed-like state. If a Saibaman with one of these shards dies, the shard is lost.

Headquarters "Callback" Teleportation Pod - 3,000 zeni - Headquarters upgrade. Once purchased, the teleportation pod needs to be synced with the Q-Wave frequencies of your alliance’s scouters, as well as their ki signatures. Ki Signatures and Q-Wave frequencies can be added at any time afterwards. Someone from the alliance then can call the teleportation pod, using the Q-Wave technology of their scouter. The Callback pod will link onto their ki signature, as well as any familiar ki signatures in the immediate area, and transport them instantly back to the headquarters. After the Callback pod is called, it needs about 30 seconds to warm up before teleporting its targets. It also requires several hours afterwards before it can be used again. Thanks to Q-Wave technology, it is possible to recall an alive person from or to the Afterlife. However, it takes 5 minutes to travel.

_=So wake me when it's through
I don't want to feel the things that you do
Don't worry, I'll be fine
I just don't want this dream, wake me up inside=_
