Oozaru

Is Oozaru form assumed by the fact that a character is a Saiyan? I'm assuming that it would just be roleplaying fodder and not particularly any enhancements to stats.

I know you're not supposed to post in this forum (I realised after Belle pointed it out the other day >_<) but since this is an answer that's in the rules I hope it's alright that I just point it out:

Body Size Control - 25 XP - This techniques allows the user to make themselves tempoarily grow or shrink up to twice their normal size. This increases or decreases their speed and strength depending on their new size. Particularly in saiyans, this can manifest as Oozaru, although it will not provide a stat bonus.
