I would like permission to employ Central City into an attempted invasion plan. In an attempt to capture Vad who has been sentenced to death by the royal court; a rather large segment of the Saiyan military will make a move toward capturing Central City as a base of operations on Earth.
The fight will have been already going on when refugees' inform Vad of the astrocities done by his fellow race. He will rush to the aid of the city's military and fight to push back the army long enough for reinforcments to arrive from some location. Possibly a base somewhere.
I would like permission to make this something reportable to the world of Chubbs, and I invite any member not currently in FoF to join me if he/she wishes.
=D Good day!

Fighting to the bitter end is an advantage when your opponent does not wish to perish.
