Dark Ki

Out of curiosity, what is the purpose of Dark Ki now... only to evade scouters? Is that really worthy of ability status? Afterall, how many people use scouters? Only a few.

Its just since the 'Fighting Sense' technique, on top of scouters, basically gave purpose to Dark Ki, but it was added to the 'Ki Sense' ability to make it more unique. The only way to make Dark Ki unique in any way, would be to have it compromise Ki Sense, in the least.

Just some questions/suggestions.

Here and now: Pretty much useless. Kaden is one of the only people who could possibly be affected by dark ki.

In the future: Everyone will have scouters. Again. Dark ki could be pretty beneficial then. So it might be one of those long-term things or even an RP fodder type deal until it actually gains some real merit when considering PvP.

That said, right now, yeah, it's a dud. Not really worth getting any time soon.

Wizard, keep in mind that the only way to sense someone with Dark Ki is through another Ability. People get two total, and look at how many people actually have Ki Sense. Its actually quite powerful in my eyes, since very few people are able to sense you or your attacks.

My point just was that no one had the opportunity to anyway; with the loss of Fighting Sense.

But I agree with you guys. I suppose it could be useful in the long term.
