That's my "proposal" for the round 4(?) stats. Basically a free-for-all, one nation where anyone can attack anyone. Troops will be more like health, but for the sake of sparing Admins the chore of changing that shit, it'll stay troops.
Investing income and turtling is gay and make the game not fun, so good luck doing that this time around!

I don't think you can attack within your own "village" so I don't know if a free for all game will work.

And the only other tentative thing would be the 255 troop cap, which Waff wasn't entirely sure about.

I can't do free for all (and I hate Jaxx) so the next round reset will be Red vs Blu probably and it will take place on Saturday June 13th
