Sig/Avatar Request

Anyone up for making me a sig/avatar?

Basically, I'm looking for something fading to black/white around the picture, the rest either red, yellow, or a combination of the two. Text would be "Chase Montgomery".

You're free to change any of the details, doesn't have to be exactly like this, including the picture if you can find a better one, however it has to be Ryohei Sasagawa from Hitman Reborn, dressed in either a school uniform (shirt, vest, pants) or the suit from this picture.

I suppose the avatar could be just a cutout of the portion of the sig with his face, and a border around it, I dunno.

If anyone can help me, I'll be really grateful, and give you my thanks and a cookie. Chocolate chip. If I find some chocolate. Please and thanks.
