I also think your posts can get a bit unnecessarily lengthy (perish the thought!). Sometimes I wish you'd just hack 'em in half. It's not a problem when it's all one scene, but if it necessitates you using your fancy post splitter, consider just ending it there and picking up with a new one.

On a p-p-positive note, you know I like your writing. You're good at bringing in a bit of a psychological and philosophical edge to your stories. You also usually have a good sense of pacing.
