I managed to beat the game.. But I found it insanely stupid the first I played it..

Got to the absolute final fight..


Didn't have a single level 4 limit break..

I was anal raped =(



Second time around, cheated ='((

I beat it the first time, then I beat it the next 3857356 times with a gameshark.

Sephiroth is a badass, I'll give him that. But Sin is a better enemy. So is Kefka. I know I've said it before, but come on! KEFKA DESTROYED THE WORLD!

And Auron was in FFX. A samurai-esque dude with shades? Supa-awesome.

EDIT: So, on sheer cool-factor, Sephiroth wins. But the other two villains (Sin and Kefka) either tie into the story better or are simply far more evil and more of a danger to the world.

Auron was a total badass and was so fucking cool. He rocks.

Ok, Sin was awesome. The guy in the center controlling him (I won't say the name for the sake of spoilers) was lame. I mean, he's a friggin' tick. I played through this game about 60 hours to find that the final boss is a one-foot tall tick? I could go out in my backyard and find more fun than that.

But Sin itself is awesome. Sin > Sephiroth.

Kefka was cool, though I don't remember enough of FFVI to really give reasons why. His laugh is enough, though. HurWHA-Ha-ha!

My Auron knows every White Magic skill, just about every Black Magic Skill, almost all of Wakka and Tidus' skills, Steal, and has his bad-ass Masamune (or Murasame, I can't remember which one's his ultimate. Either way, he's got both).

Tidus is actually my strongest. In the Omega Dungeon, some monster dropped an Ascalon with Double AP, Deathstrike, and an extra slot free. That's what I call sexy.

And finally, regarding Auron, he was probably my favorite character in any Final Fantasy for personal development. For likeability, it's either Wakka, Zidane or Vivi, but for personal storyline and development, it has to be Auron. The only time I ever practically broke out in cheers was when he first adopted the fighting stance in the Luca Blitzball Tournament. The storyline that unfolds about him is amazing. I already knew what they revealed at the end (it's rather obvious, no?), but it still is crazy cool to behold.

Auron > Sephiroth > any other main character schoolgirl (not including Zidane, of course)

FF1 pwned. 2 was ok as well.

But the idea behind the dude within Sin was that he was supposed to be lame. All his power came from Sin, his "armor". Without it, he was weak. It's supposed to be one final stab at the massive flaws found within Spira's religion.

I'm the perfect example. I'm on this RPG every day. I play videogames every day. But I'm married and almost on my second kid. That's more of a life then a lot of people will ever have.
