Read around the 30's, turns out most of the positive comments were FROM THE SAME IP ADDRESS. the Mod said this

These User names all come from the same IP address:
They are SPAMMING THE BOARD here at scam.com and some of these names are showing up on the zaptoday board. Do you folks reading this really want to trust a company or anyone who must make up 16 or more User names just to promote their program and on a site no less, that exposes scams? A little common sense would tell ya, this program has some serious issues pertaining to it's legitimacy as a company.

What I mean is, giving people money is not a viable business plan. You don't give someone money for the privelege of maybe being able to get them to spend that money back.
