So I went to bed ~4 am last night. No biggie, only had to start my shift at 4 pm the next day. 4 to midnight's easy anyway.

...But I was wrong.

Around ten after nine my mom wakes me up, telling me my work called. So, I call them, figuring they were trying to switch my shift up. Turns out I was working a 9-2 today. Oh. Well, then.

So, I throw on some clothes, run to my car, and fsking blitz to work. Streets/highway are/is pretty clear since it's still kinda early for a weekend. Flying down the highway, and some retard in a Civic 'fartcan edition' passes me (while I'm already moving... uh... too fast). Decided I would drop a gear and smoke him, but just as I put the clutch to the floor I see something... odd up ahead. It's white and it's... oh shit that's a ghost car. I hit my brakes, the Civic does the same, but he's already moving faster than me, and he's in front. Needless to say, the cop lights up and nabs the ricer. I laugh my ass off as I drive past, finally nearing work. That highlight kept me pretty energized... but now the fact that I'm running on like, four hours of sleep if I'm lucky, everything sucks. =(

I hate being this tired. It's hard to focus on anything, and I'd like to have the energy to go out and do stuff on a Saturday night. Point and laugh if you want, I guess. Basatrds.

Meh, over here in Japan, you don't get pulled over for speeding. You get tickets for things like parking at a bus stop, or being in a car accident, or your parking meter just ran out...but speeding, nope, that's tolerated.

It wouldn't be so bad if the ricers didn't talk shit. But I've heard people driving bone-stock Civics making claims of beating LS1-powered cars by "over four car lengths". XD

If they were just ricing to look cool, then fine, but to go around lying about what your car can do, or has under the hood, is just deplorable. Especially when I wind up beating some kid who has 'some serious mods'. (Which turn out to be a drop-in filter and a catback. Whoop-de-doo.)

Now, Veg, before you get defensive on meh, I never accused you of doing those things. However the majority of 'em do that around here, and it creates a negative generalization, y'know?

Heh, There's nothing defensive going on over here. If I could, I'd trade my Ricer in for a nice Skyline GTR 34 or something around there. Maybe even a 180sx or something, but meh, I got my ricer so i'ma make the best of it and add as many damn mods as I can do to it before time runs out.

Honestly, its easier to stay up all night and go about your day then to get two hours sleep. I mean, its good to get that sleep, b/c you need to let your mind reset essentially, but you feel harder for a while because of being thrust in and out of conciousness like that. You feel more tired, because you have no second wind.

Edit: Acually there was this one time I hads no control. I walked into a room and turned on a light. Instead of light here was a huge flash of red and I woke up with a jerk and feeling very very freaked out for some reason.

As for dreams: when I do sleep, I either have none, or don't remeber them.

You do have dreams. =( The average person has dreams for about an hour a night and has five dreams in that time. I, personally, only remember like one to five a month. I had one last night that I remember, and I'm takin' it as a sign. Nightmares were the best; waking up right before you die rocks.

Semi-sleep is the best. Y'know that time when you wake up in the morning and you know you are supposed to get up right now, but you somehow stay in bed saying "In five minutes," but when you wake up and don't have to you can't go to sleep. Ah, the human mind.
