Boredom strikes!
I couldn't be bothered to resize, so I just linked. The only reason there are so many icons is 'cause im not the only one who uses this computer. My personal comp (in for repairs, atm =( ) usually has far less than this.
The pic is a rendered demo of the Unreal 3 engine. I just have it becasue I thought it was sexy.

Get rid of every window on your screen and press the "Prt Scr Sys Rq" along the top row of buttons...
