max ki>stats
#1
Your ki is supposed to be a reflection of your overall fighting ability. Ki isn'r actually a stat, but serves as more of a reference guide. However, since ki is derived directly from stats, a difference of 20 million ki means that the stronger of the two probably has higher numbers in every stat.

If we didn't have stats, we wouldn't have ki.

well i believe a person of 100 strength should he power up with a X20 powerup his strength would go up to 2,000 right?

Garlic Jr. is right. The reason that your ki goes up by x20 is because a powerup is actually boosting all of your physical stats, not your ki. Since your stats go up, your ki also goes up.

I'm sure a few people do this, but when I RP my character I make her out to be not as strong as her stats say. To me its all about RPing, the stats are a guideline.

I usually don't write myself to be at full power always. I think it's unreasonable to say that you'll always be fighting your best.

I wish I were an android, then I could write like that.

;_;

Anyway, I also don't usually RP Rad at his best. I try not to, anyway.

I don't even think that Andriods can fight their best always. Most of them are part human to begin with, so that such suggest some weakness at the very least. I always thought of it more as that they could shoot as many Kamehamehas as they wanted, not so much that they had unlimited power. There are plenty of factors that can cause your power to falter, and Andriods are no exception in my mind. =(

It can be fun to completely outclass someone for an entire fight.

It gets old either way. Either you're tired of the "overwhelming powerhouse" routine, or you're bored of the "struggling to overcome a stronger opponent" bit.

Don't spam in this forum.

There is equality here. Every race has an equal powerup. The Saiyan's have their SSJ, the Namekians their SNS, the changelings their Transformation_4, and humans/non-transformers their KK.

Haha! So a human does have a chance to beat a Saiyan! Now that is equality! Many thanks to the staff!

What in the world are changelings?

Changelings are characters who possess multiforms which "change" their character's physical appearance. The best example is Frieza. In the series (DBZ), there are four definite forms of Frieza. Therefore, we call him a changeling. On the Special Techniques page of the CDBZ web site, each level of transformation shows the boost of ki. Transformation_1 would be the form that the character takes on after transforming. 2 would be the next form, and so on and so forth. Also, you may be wondering "Well that doesn't make sense. If Transformation_1 means the character has his 2nd form, the form other than his original one, then that would mean that 2 is his 3rd form, 3 is his fourth form, and 4 is his fifth form. But Frieza didn't have a fifth form." For the sake of being fair, we assume that Frieza has a fifth form and is able to reach Transformation_4. Transformation_4 is equivalent to the Saiyan SSJ or the Namekian SNS, and is reached in basically the same way. Transformations 1-3 are achieved mostly by just having the stats.

Whats cool abou tthe new powerups is that they dont only give you stats but also special effect with it. SSJ 3 is the hardest to get and has no special abilities. Theres the equality. Plu sthose arent necesarily the final descriptions, just speculation on what they would be like.
