Or rather, putting the President of EB Games's balls in a bear trap is what I feel like doing right now.
Once upon a time, in the early days of 2004, a man by the name of Burori pre-ordered a copy of the fabled Kingdom Hearts 2. Returning from his adventure in Florida, Burori was anxious to find a copy of the game (which had been released two days earlier) waiting at his door. However, no game was to be found. Instead of receiving the pre-order on the day of release as he had been used to with other games, Burori found that no game had arrived. In fact, upon further inspection, Burori found that the game had not even been shipped yet. To make matters worse, there had been no reason given by EB Games explaining the delay, and furthermore, the customer service, which *supposedly* operates between 8 am to 11 pm, mysteriously was not operating.
Friggin' commies.

The company themselves isn't really responsible for shipping delays.
=/
That aside, I would be pretty annoyed.

Which begs the question... why the hell haven't I bought it yet?
I hear it sucks... but I find that difficult to believe from a Square game.

I think he was clear enough on the fact that square usually makes good games, no need to bring up FFX to solidfy his claim.

I have it too, I've been watching my brother play it and it's been fantastic so far. The graphics are wonderful too, so I can actually stand to simply watch the game.

;_; Tis a sad day for my bro and I. We had been waiting for the mail lady to show up with the mail, and OH she did, and she brought a package.
And when we opened up said package, you know what we found?
Candles fucking candles ;_;. It seems my mom ordered candles once again. I knew that package was funny looking, and now we have to wait till monday, cause tommorow is sunday, no mail sunday. WAAAH ;(

You can't make generalizations like that about companies you've never worked for. Sure, some companies suck, and some companies rule, but, like all things, you have to take it on a case-by-case basis.
