We do speach novel style, where instead of "General Rildo: So this is my challenge? A man who's no taller than 5'5 to try and defeat me?!" you'd have "The general spoke up, delivering a small laugh to his opponent. 'So this is my challenge?' he asked roughly, 'A man who's no taller than five foot five to try and defeat me?!' he said in exasperation."

Also, maybe try to have some better description. Yours was lackluster.

Also, I don't think any of those moves will work. The first and third are too powerful and the second is useless (anybody can do that =/).
