You will be judged on your answer in the following:

1) First and foremost, why should you be selected to play?
I'm willing to work with anyone, even people whom can be difficult to work with at times. I'd also want to prove that I can be a competent person, one who can help run the site, whilst keeping a level head. I'll show absolute dedication, even when I'm quite busy. ^^ I also want to give something back to all the people of Chubbs, after all they have done for me.

2) What qualities do you possess that will make you the Idol?

I am on most of the time, usually every day, morning, noon, night.
I'm not bragging at all, but I have zero warnings, meaning I try my best to follow the guidelines the respected members of the staff have laid out for us.

I look through just about every active thread, even the Q/S/U, so I usually know whats going on.

I'd also like to think I'm a people person, I try to get along with everyone, even if sometimes it's quite difficult.

Plus, I'm always coming up with neat ideas. Well.... maybe not all of them so neat. ;>>


3) Tell me any previous experience you have with running an RPG. Included should be the name of the RPG, the genre, and how long it lasted.

Whilst it pains me to say this, I've never really helped run any RPGs. =\


4) Finally, you need to write a short essay/description (200+ words) of what you feel being a staff member of Chubbs is all about. What do you think is nessecary, what do you think has to be done. Be detailed, as much as you can. Don't kiss our asses, we arn't looking for compliments.

Being staff means your dedicated at what you do. You try your best to have a level head in any situation. Your willing to have fun, but at the same time, your willing to be a hard ass when people are being outright disrespectful, full of themselves, moronic, or all of the above. Being staff also means you take alittle bit of your day and put it into helping the site run better, while not going overboard and ignoring your life completely. Being staff means you have to be open minded to something, listening to peoples suggestions on how to make the site a better place. I think thats what it means to be a staff.

In number two, the only real quality you said was that youa re a people perosn. I believe this to be true, but can you answer that question better? Anybody can be on a lot.

Can you go more in-depth for answer number four? Maybe explaining the qualities a bit and how you fit into them would help.

Hmm.... Does dedication mean you'll go all the way for this site? Willing to pay cash to keep it running, helping members get updated, answering there questions so they are fully informed of all that is Chubbs. Staying on to help, whether sick, tired, and or hurt. Reading every current thread to keep up to date, so that if anyone has a question that needs answering, I'll be able to inform them so they aren't lost. I always have a new idea locked somewhere in my old noggin, so that I could please the members.

I think I can help ease arguements, help people all get along, be a mediator for the masses of chubbs, whether it means locking thread or even going to the length of warning them for upsetting others who've done no wrong to them.
