Write messages to NPCs here. Messengers don't have travelling limits so they can go anywhere within a few squares (obviously not a whole map) instantly.

I will write back as the NPC.

Keep in mind this all happens IC too, but you don't have to include it in your RPs. But whatever is read here is read by the PC getting it

Outcasts,

As you may have noted, both United and Dante are making their moves. In order to get far in this competition, I suggest we both combine our forces and proceed to take out both of the other teams. Together, we can easily assure us both a final spot. If you agree, then please have your leader sign and send a message back to us. There will be a group on the border. We already give our consent for this alliance.

If you act quickly on this, we can get Dante easily. I have received word from one of my officers that a Dante army has approached our southern border. You can come to trap, or attack their border when they are unarmed. Either way, it would be a fine start to our advance.
