Unknown Saiyan

I really can't find any more Saiyans that have names in the Dragonball Z universe, but I would really like to play as a Saiyan. In the above picture Vegeta the Prince is shown with three Saiyans of unknown names, all of them quite odd as they don't have black hair (this is actualy how I found the picutre, looking on a DBZ mistake site).
I would like to play the one with red hair, if that's ok please reply and I will create a name for him, along with story etc.

If it's not ok then could you give me a suggestion as a character to play?

So you want to make a custom character completely and use a background nameless character as the placemat?

Basically yes please, I really want to play as a Saiyan and I just can't find any that havn't been taken. Looking at the site I see that it's pretty much just actual DB(Z/GT) characters used, so I understand if I can't. But I think roleplaying the arrogant Saiyan would be so much fun.

Why not just roleplay an arrogant human?

A couple of reasons. Firstly when it comes to fighting Saiyans have a long standing heritage of being warriors, all of them. Secondly the humans in the DBZ universe are pretty much always weeklings, bar those of Saiyan/mixed descendance. Thirdly...Saiyan's are frankly just cool. I hate using that word but it's true; it's what made the series so popular.

I've played/play a few RPG's, from Inquisitor (Games Workshop) to fantasy games and back again. Saiyan's are just unusual in that they are close to humans, not elves, and not very Alien like.

Here you can be a human who was raised by Saiya'jin if you really wanted to. It's completely up to you, as long as the character is in the anime.

So your options are,

Find a character you might like, and stick with it.

Join as a character that is decent and switch to a custom when we restart (restart has no date, so it could be a while).

Wait until we restart and you can be a custsom then.

Yeah, I had a feeling that would be the case.

Finding a character I might like would be fine, except that there really arn't any good ones left, plus to me the whole point of playing a DBZ RPG is to play as a Saiyan and there really are none of those left.

It's a shame because this site looks really great, by far the best of the few decent RPGs of it's type, I would love to take part in it.

I guess I'll wait for the re-start then. Thanks for all of your help.

It says in the character reference of this Board that Nail is taken. If piccolo isn't taken I'm quite embarrassed, but in the Character Vault Piccolo is listed; I assumed that meant that someone had posted this character and his moves etc?

I might try and find the name of that human, he was quite interesting, I only thought of him when you asked me to list characters I would be willing to be.

Look here, those people are taken. There is an option to view available characters. Also, try looking at http://www.myfavoritegames.com/ to see a full list of the characters in DBZ.

I hope that we are able to change your mind on this, b/c an RPG of nothing but Saiyans completely makes the RPG unbearable.
