Also, Wolverine's not cool because he's overpowered.

He's actually just slightly underpowered.

The reason for this is he's Canadian.

They had to tone down his awesomeness so the Americans wouldn't get jealous.

How does he regenerate his adamantium skeleton?

He had to sniff out his legs and 'put them back on'. His body doesn't regenerate, it just puts itself back together.
