Mirhuell (Joining Aplication)
#1
Name: Mirhuell Corthos (Mirhuell for acquaintances, Mir for friends.)
Sex: Male
Age:18
Race: Human
Starting Planet: Earth

Fighting Style:

A slightly unbalanced fighting style based mostly on fast damaging attacks, and equally fast retreats in order to avoid retaliation. Hit hard without being hit is the name of the game.

Short Bio:

Initiated in the martial arts by his father, with a side of explosives training, Mirhuell lived happily and grew up as a caring, gentile person to his friends, but a bit cold and apathetic towards anyone else. Now, at the young age of 18, he left his parents' house in order to see the world, become stronger and find out what he wants for the future.

General Description:

Measured at 1,80 meters (5 feet and 11 inches), and weighing roughly 147 pounds, Mirhuell sports a relatively agile and athletic build, modest tan, short dark brown hair and normal blue eyes. He is usually seen wearing a dark blue coat over a black t-shirt, pants, which are a few shades darker than his jacket, and black and white sneakers.

Starting Moves:

Illusion Squad: With a mere thought Mirhuell can summon up to four copies of himself. Being merely illusions, they do not and cannot affect the physical world directly, nor do they possess a Ki flow and simply disappear after being hit, just like an after-image. However, while an after-image will follow a path taken by the creator, the copies have their own free will and will move about freely with all the cunning of their creator. There is also a rather unpredictable aspect of this technique as, personality wise, the illusions aren't copies of the user and will at times run away or possibly even betray their creator.

Kamiryuu Kobushi: Roughly translated as "Dragon God's Fist", this technique is a fruit of the high-velocity fighting style Mirhuell developed. In such training he learned that speed translates into kinetic energy, meaning that the faster he punched the harder he punched as well. With this technique Mirhuell takes that knowledge one step further, using his own Ki, indirectly making his hand emit an eerie yellow glow, in order to make the punch faster and harder. This technique however, is very physically demanding as the increase of kinetic energy, beyond the muscle's normal potential, greatly strains it. As such, Mir cannot use this technique repeatedly at the risk of serious muscle decay.

Numbing Sting: Mirhuell created this technique with one thing in mind, crippling a faster opponent. During the charging process of this attack, a small flicker is seen in his index finger, from which he fires a small, high-velocity Ki bolt that deals negligible physical damage (a simple sting, in fact), but the selling point of this move, is that it targets a specific body part's nervous system, partially disabling it. As a result, the afflicted area turns slightly numb and responds much slower than normal. Like all of Mirhuell's moves, they are made for a quick fight, and as such the effects are short-term.

Roleplaying Example:

In the early hours of the night, a pair of squirrels, carrying acorns, could be seen hopping from branch to branch happy with their discovery, and apparently eager to arrive at their dwelling and, literally, eat the fruits of their labor. Nearby, a human was trying to light a fire so that he too, could eat the fruits of his labor. Actually... That human was failing miserably.

"Come on you... Light! Ignite! Go up in flames!" Mirhuell shouted, his face showing clear signs of both concentration and frustration, shortly before transforming into a face as pathetic as his action, the look of someone begging a pile of firewood to ignite. "Please... I don't need a big fire, a small one will do. Hell, I'll settle for a tiny strand of smoke. Please?"

After a few more moments of begging the fire to start, the brunet warrior jumped up and with a growl of frustration threw the flint he was previously using to light the fire towards the simple pile of wood he had gathered, and just as the two rocks landed on the pile of wood, it caught fire. Mir let out a loud sigh and laughed as he said to himself, "It's always like this, the minute I give up on lighting the fire is the minute it lights up. I need to learn how to control my Ki better, that way I can light the fire without needing to use these stones..."

Opening his camping pack, the young human thrust his hand inside and started rummaging inside, anxiously seeking an object of some sort. Finally and with a triumphant, "AHA!", he pulled out his hand and threw it vigorously into the sky, revealing the important item he had discovered... A can of low-budget sausages. Following the choice of a couple of sausages, the tanned wanderer viciously skewered them with a long pointy stick and proceeded to, with one hand roast their corpses over the fire, slowly turning the stick to make sure they were well roasted on all sides and using the other hand, he took out a canteen and a plastic bowl from a much more neatly organized side pocket of his backpack.

A very pleasant smell began spreading around the small clearing, a smell that warned Mir that his meal was ready. Mirhuell did not waste a single moment, and promptly placed the porky delights in his ceramic bowl, and peacefully started eating, taking the time to admire the beauty and peacefulness of his surroundings, the fire providing enough light to see the dark green blades of both leaves and grass, the majestic and powerful brown of the ancient tree barks of the various trees, so alike the brown of his own hair, albeit a bit lighter. Taking a sip of water from his canteen, he calmly pulled his backpack and took a look at it's insides.

"hum... I'm almost out of food, I should probably skip tomorrow's training, and use that time to reach a town or village of some sort." Mirhuell thought before he let out a small sigh. When he left home he didn't think that it he would be forced to visit so many towns and not be able to just train to his heart's desire, but he was forced to because he chose not to fly, and as such he needed to make sure he had enough food to reach a town by foot. With those thoughts in his mind, and the newfound doubt about his plan of travel, the human male leaned over and fell asleep by the fire.
