If you play any of the GBA ones, once you get your DS and Diamond/Pearl you can actually transfer Pokemon, once you finish the game, of course. It's actually sweet.

So if I get 150 (which I totally did one summer, nobody believed me when I went back to school, SCREW THEM!!1!) I can start Diamond/Pearl with 150 pokemon already in my pokedex? Actually it'd be 151, but you get the point.

You don't get to start the game with 151. You have to have seen all of the new Pokemon, which you can do if you fight all the trainers in the game, Including the Elite Four. Then you can import them to Diamond and Pearl, but they can never go back to FireRed/LeafGreen again. And you can only import them 6 per 24 hours.

Crystal's what I'm playing rightnow. Got a full pokedex and everything. Its great.

Talking about pokemon. Back about 8 years ago, when I was very much part of the whole Pokemon frenzy, (watched the anime, collected the trading cards, played the games to death)me and my family went on holiday to Spain. Anyway I met some Spanish boys, and they traded me their Mew, I forget what for, which at the time was just about impossible to get. I was so excited about going back to school and showing everyone my Mew, but when I was on the ferry ride back to England I started up my game, (the save file I traded the Mew on was the one I had been playing for ages, I had maxed out some of my Pokemons levels, had about 145 on my poke-dex) and I can't exactly remember what happened, but the save file I had Mew on, well it was unplayable. So I lost everything. That was a sucky day. None of my friends believed I had, had a Mew either.
Oh and another game you might wanna try, Dragon Warrior Monsters.

I summed up how I had managed to collect 149 Pokemon, and how I couldn't figure out how to get Dragonite. NOBODY BELIEVED ME THEY ALL LAUGHED My teacher even marked off points from my paper because I didn't spell the plural form of 'Pokemon' correctly. She insisted, in all her infinite knowledge, that it was indeed spelled 'Pokemen'. With an 'e'. You fail Mrs. Jones! You fail bad!

Wow, I've just found some sites where you can play Gameboy games for free using your computer. I hope this is a joke, or I may never leave the house again.

Bleh, the site that had me excited, every game I clicked had been removed due to copy-right claims. Figures. I've found a site that has 400 original gameboy games you can play on your browser, but it doesn't have the Pokemons/Zelda/Mario type games, so you probable wouldn't be interested in that. I've found another one where you need to download an emulator first. I'll try it out and tell you if it works.

I like playing the plethora of mario hacks on my NES emulator. Reminds me that mario actually was a difficult game and it was just the years of replaying that made it easy.

I was looking through the list of GBA games, and realised I had already played pretty much all of the best ones. =/
The one game I found that I remembered wanting to play, but never had the chance was Fire Emblem, but after downloading it I noticed it was the Japanese version, which was just fail. Still if you want the link to the site I downloaded the Emulator from Bojack, ask, and I'll send you a pm.

I actually had a legit Mew way back in the day on my Yellow version. The Pokemon stuff was at the local mall and I went and waited in line and everything. They had the Pikachu VW Beetle there and everything.
I also have a legit Mew on my Pearl version that I imported from FireRed that I got from ToysRUs. That sucked. 2 hours of waiting in line.

I remember the ToysRUs thing. I didn't go, but I remember wanting to go.
Sazuaa send me eeet.
