Sooo how does the pwr lvl thing work

The math behind it is a secret. It's an adapted form of the Zento formula. Also a trade secret.

But the twin stats aren't a secret.

Strength is no good without Attack Power
Defense is no good without Recovery
Speed is no good without Stamina

And if your secondary stats are far below your primary stats you'll take a penalty to ki. I think your secondary have to be 90% of your primary. Might be a little lower, I don't remember exactly.
