Help two people

I have two questions to do with Selipa and Bebi.

With a Saiya-jin I was never sure how the false moon worked. Lets say I created one then transformed and got the power up with the transformation but it only takes for someone to destroy the false moon to take away my power up. So the question is are other people able to destroy a Saiya-jins false moon or not? If not does that mean only myself when I feel like I no longer need the moon can get rid of it?

With Bebi when he takes over a NPC how much of a power boost does he get? In other RPG?s its sometimes a 2X what is it at Chubbs or is there even a power up/fusion multiplier with his ability to take over other beings?

Selipa: The moon, I think, can be destoryed by any one. If it was just by a saiya-jin, then it would jsut be a select few people. Which seem's kinda stupid.

I see your point but the problem then is that whenever a Saiya-jin made a false moon the opponent could just destroy it over and over again, then the transformation power up is pointless but only fine to use for personal role-playing.

A False Moon can be destroyed by anyone but the transformed Sayiajin would be protective of it and it takes more then a small ki blast to destroy it.

Unless they didn't know about what it did.Or didn't know they could destory it?

If you've seen it before you probably know how it works. Or something like that. You need to make it make sense IC.

Selipa: Even after the moon is destroyed, a saiya-jin remains in their Oosaru form for 30 minutes before reverting to their normal form. Anyone remember Tree of Might? Thus, anyone can destrot a false moon, but that becomes a fairly moot point.

Bebi: There is no powerup bonus for taking control of someone with your ability.
