You already can. It's been done in a previous storyline. If you and a female character get along you can say you had a kid and RP them. Not sure about people RPing for them that don't have their own character, though.

I believe that some people are taking into consideration of having a child, but, from what I've heard form staff, the child could basically only be used as storlyine material at his point, so your own personal NPC. I'm not sure if this IRP thing would work, 'cause some members might go overboard with them. Then, eventually, we'd basically have practically no actual characters from the show. Just my thought.
