As I was informed a long time ago that Enviroshield can't really be a best move, would I be able to change it?

Barracade - Nappa uses his ki to form a high wall surrounding the opponent which he/she cannot escape but Nappa can still fire attacks through the Barracade so even if the attack somehow misses it will rebound off of the walls, because nothing can escape the Barracade from the inside, and eventually hit the opponent or tire him/her out from dodging it.
