I know this is just adding to my current vault, but if any staff has the time to do this I'd greatly appreciate it. I like to keep my stuff current.



Character: Panbookin
History: Panbookin was born on planet Vegeta, where he was raised as a warrior. On this planet, Panbookin learned the Oosaru technique after saving a large group of miners. Panbookin then travelled to Earth, where he fought and killed Hatchiyack and sparred with a red being named Jeice. Panbookin then returned to his homeworld where he met with a saiyan named Goku Jr.

---Moves---

Kamehameha: The user brings his hands down and back to the left side of his body, crouching slightly while bringing the left elbow up, and moving his right arm across his mid-section. The left hand is turned downward, while the opposite is turned upward, a sizeable gap between them. While repeating the name of the attack, a concentrated ball of brilliant blue ki is formed between the hands. As the last syllable of the word is uttered, Panbookin propels his hands forward toward his opponent, wrists together, hands extended in opposite directions. The beam of energy is shot in the direction of Panbookin's arms.

Depending on the focus of the user, the Kamehameha wave can be a devastatingly effective attack, or one used simply to rout opponents. The intensity depends on how much energy the user is willing to lend to use the attack.

Destructo Disk: Panbookin stands upright, feet spread slightly further than shoulder-width apart. The left hand is extended into the air, palm flat, facing upward toward the sky. Like the Kamehameha wave, the attack?s name is repeated. Immediately, a flat saucer of golden energy is formed above the extended hand, hovering a few inches away. As the energy charges, the disk grows in diameter, spinning at an extremely rapid rate.

When the user deems the attack charged, he flings the extended hand forward, propelling the disk at his opponent like a baseball pitch. The Distructo Disk can be guided in a limited way after an enemy. The attack can also cut through most substances, even an opponent that is more powerful than the user. However, if the opponent has a significantly higher power level, the Distructo Disk can be deflected or canceled out just like a normal energy attack.

Big Bang Attack: The user places one outsretched arm in front of them, palm facing forward. An absurdly large amount of energy is channelled into the user's palm, forming a superconcentrated ball of ki energy. The user then fires the attack (usually from the air, so as to not catch themself in the resulting blast) which explodes on impact, creating a huge blast radius. It's damage varies depending on the user's Ki level.

---Abilities---

Oosaru: This is one of the trademarks of the saiya-jin race. Those native to Vejita-sei are taught the ability to create a "false moon". This false moon can be used to trigger the transformation into a giant ape-like beast, similar to the natural transformation created from a full moon. Saiya-jin will find that without further training, they cannot calm their mind to focus on their task, and will find their strength increasing.
