Sorry, but the background just looks down right horrid. The text doesn't flow in to it right. And the iamgei s horribly blended.

Throw away that background, try a diffrent one, maybe one that less of an intense colour like red. Re-blend the image, or if you used the opacity tool, re-set it to 100 and blend. The font I'd pay abit more attention to, choose a colour that matches the main sig colour, and put a stroke to outline it more.

Just make Paragus non-transparent, IMO.
