Pic, your doing what the some old memeber used to do.. Over use of the TV lines stuff.

I personally think it makes a sig look really horrid.

Yeah I was gonna say the same thing...I don't want to offend you, but go back to what you had been doing, the scanline style is hard on the eyes.
