Sorry about teh lateness.
This is probably the first time I've ever seen of someone who had a case of mistaken identity. I know BJ (as Burter) had to creatively work from the ground up for his race, but it's nice to see something a little different. It's identical to Goku's show predicament, but you put enough of a spin on it to make it your own. I mean, the kid's drinking, for crying out loud. I think discovering his saiyan roots is a good way to go. Some of his dialogue seems a little beyond the speech you would normally hear out of a kid, intellectually or otherwise, but that is a limitation you can choose to break as he is your character.
Other than that, keep doing what you're doing; I don't really have enough material to give much more feedback than that.
