I think it's pretty good overall.

The background is sweet and I like the blur affect on the left side. Also, that's an awesome Raditzu picture.

Only thing I can really find wrong with this is that the pic is way too small. I mean, super incredibly small. Try a bigger pic.

I like the blur effec ton the left, but I think you could make it a little more dramtic and get away with it.
