Telekinesis. Yeah, I just need to know how you can go about getting it, if it's even possible to do so. I've been developing my character towards all mental attacks, and telekinesis is the only way I can really start to bridge out in that direction.

Also, what's the final verdict of being able to read minds? I while ago, Reijin's unofficial answer was 1000 intel, but I didn't want to start doing that sort of thing until there was an actual staff approval on when or even if it could be done. I'm not talking a continual "I hear everything you think" but one of those things where if your character tries to hear their thoughts, they can for as long as they focus.

Not right now. Rei's working on something for it, I believe. I would suggest PMing him about the future of that particular technique.

The whole "mind-reading" thing really depends on who's mind your trying to read. It would stand to reason that the higher someone's mental stats are, the more difficult it would be sense their thoughts. Additionally, it would depend on the character. A character who wears their heart on their sleeve would be easier to read as well.

There is no real, clear-cut answer to your question, but I have no problems with you starting to develope mind-reading as long as you're careful about it.
