I think that I personally agree that there isn't a real need for this. You can just go to King Kai's and learn the Spirit Bomb and rp it the same way...whats the point in training at King Kai's and taking the 4 week trip down snakeway when you could just jump off it, land in hell and learn the exact same techinque? Just my opinion though.

Possesion can be used where and how ever you want once you attain it. The only restrant is if you use it on a PC(Playable Char) and they have higher mental stats (not sure which, I think it's INT?), and they can stop you from taking over.

No, it'a not like that. You can use it alive. The new rules for it haven't been released, but for now just ask the person in advance (well, it owuld make things easier, in the least) and have your determination be 100 higher than theirs.

The new rules are going to basically be similar to Ino's line of sight Body Steal Jutsu on Naruto.

You don't have to be dead to use it, but it's not like Ginyu's Body Switch, either.

Basically your consciousness enters their body and takes control. In the meantime, I'm pretty sure your own body is a vegetable, until you release hold of the other person's body. Staff correct me if I'm wrong, because I'm not sure whether you can use your own body at the same time as controlling someone else.

Also in King Kai's you have KK, and a chance to go to Grand Kai's.

This is true, however, when you have someone with a x20, 25, or 40 power up, Kaioken won't do them much good, so taking a 4 week tour of Snakeway, then having to do 9 quests before getting to try for the Spirit Bomb would be worthless if you could simply go to hell and learn the same technique in less time.
