I kinda came up with this when I created my last move
Puppet Master: Taught in Hell or in Mercy(not sure which) - With this technique, someone has the ability to control someones movements and still have the ablity to sever ties with them quickly. The user of this techniue creates strings of Ki in which the attach to their victim, thus making a puppet. How well this techniques works depends on your combined attack power, speed, and stamina. The higher it is from your oppenent, the more effective. If it is lower, then it does not work at all.
Just an Idea that I am still kinda working on. C&C on this? and can it be used here?
