A simple update or two

That move is not approved. You can not have a move that is both very powerful and very hard to dodge. You need to pick one attribute or another.

As a general rule of thumb anyway, it's best to keep things such as that out of the description. Someone with a high Speed, such as Raditzu, would likely have no problem dodging the attack under normal circumstances. Once you revise that, we can update it.

Something like:

Double Rockets- This is Pui Pui's most devastating attack yet. He charges ki into both hands and unleashes it in a series of energy blasts that he can direct at his opponent as he pleases. A single blast does not do much damage, but the more of them strike the opponent, the more the blasts add to one another's power, creating more damage. The explosions alone are devastating and can demolish a small area.

OR

Double Rockets- This is Pui Pui's most devastating attack yet. He charges ki into both hands and unleashes it in a series of energy blasts. A single blast does considerable damage, but successive blasts add to one another's powers, thereby creating more damage. The explosions alone are devastating and can demolish a small area.

...would be acceptable. If you want to make another variation, however, feel free.

Just for that first description, Krillin, I don't think Pui Pui wanted them to be homing blasts. They're simply wide-range and plentiful (which makes it hard to dodge all of them, I gathered). That's what Pui Pui said in the Adding Moves thread, at least (though if he wants to change it, that's fine too ).

That's where I got the homing idea from. But yeah, such is the issue of paraphasing. You sometimes lose the idea. =/
