Can I change two of my moves and have this added to my vault (which really wasn't mine)?

Techniques
Death Beam: Without any proper form or stance Cold is able to release a skyline-leveling beam, which can seemingly cut through anything. This is released through ki charged at the tip of the index finger and released on a lazy whim of ignorance.
Kuukaneteni: Through concentration time and space are able to be manipulated to such an extent that a void is forged with another visible location as the release for that void. With this it is possible to launch attacks through the void and send them anywhere within eyesight.
Cold Death: Either on the of his finger or within the grasp of both hands, this massive dome of ki is created. For its size and power it is created rather rapidly, eagerly draining the ki from its user and taking a dangerous toll on his stamina.
