Regarding the DotA song video by Basshunter, thanks, I've been trying to find out who did that song for a while now (its common to hear on the back of pvp vids and stuff), just never actually looked.

I don't have that he's playing DotA while all those girls sit around behind him. They can wait their turn.

What drives me nuts is that he and his friends are all on vent talking to each other -- while sitting right beside each other.

By the way, that dude has some hot hair, I will not lie. I'm annoyed, I went in to get my hair cut, and I described it again, and the lady chopped my long time growth short in the front again, so I have to go through that process AGAIN. I mean, she did a good job, and did what she thought I wanted, but I'm annoyed that I had to settle on something instead of people understanding what I'm talking about.

Then I get on the net and immediately that guy has exactly the hair I was trying to describe. It pisses me off

DotA is Defense of the Ancients, which I believe is some mod for Warcraft 3 which essentially gives each player control over one Hero unit of their choice with which to do battle against other players in a team environment. Or something. I think.

It sounds fun, but I've heard its entry curve is something like ramming yourself against a brick wall.

Belle summed it up well. I haven't really played in team games yet (I'd love to play against Chubbs people, and my friend Richard, but that's if we ever got that together). Usually I just play 1v1 with Richard, but that's not how the game's intended to be played (and yet I have a blast).

Its effectively the Counterstrike of the Warcraft3 Mods in terms of popularity now.

I'm torn over how I should feel about my older sister going travelling for 9 months. Part of me thinks, great, that's one less person to irritate me in this God damn house. Another part thinks, even though we don't talk much now, a couple of years ago we were really close, and this is probable the end of a chapter as it were, because even when she does get back, it's likely she'll start looking to find a place of her own, and once that happens I'll probably only see her a few times a year.

I hate this £109 million bid for the football player Kaka, by Manchester city, just on so many levels. For one, it's a vulgar amount of money to be spending on a football player, I usually don't care about the amount footballers get paid and the transfer figures ect, but this is just too far. Not to mention the fact if he accepts the offer he'll be getting paid £500k, A WEEK. I also hate that, just like Roman Abramovich at Chelsea, these sheik princes, or whatever they are, think they can just monopolise all the best players. It's just so unfair on all the other teams.
