I like that I feel motivated right now. I hate that the motivation is going to fade, this is going to get a LOT harder, and that I may fail again. I must stay strong. Joe, I'm going to join you in your weight loss. Maybe we can motivate each other. get a sewing needle and pop them genly. used to work awesome for me.

Treadmills work wonders. 220 calories burnt in 30 minutes of walking. Albeit it needs to be done on an incline, it's still awesome. Wear sweat clothes so you burn more than the projected amount. =D

Try using a blow dryer on it. Fairly close, for a medium duration. You have to be careful because you can melt the sticker, or in an absurdly extreme case, burn the paint on your bumper, but a reasonable length of time won't hurt anything.

Should force the sticker to contract, might get rid of some of the bubbling. Vi's suggestion will take care of any bubbles that remain. Also, stickers/vinyl shrink over time.

So I wake up today, and my mum comes upstairs and asks me if Leo is in my room (Leo's my cat), I say no, then she asks me if Leo has a black collar, and I say yes, him and Ollie, another of our cats. Well she grimaces and walks away before I get the chance to ask her what's going on. This is exactly what I need first thing when I wake up, now I'm freaking out cause I KNOW somethings up, I get up to go ask her what's happening when I notice Leo sitting on a wall outside, which was a major fucking relief.

My youngest sister comes up a few minutes later, crying, I'm like okay so what the hell is going on, and she says that a cat had been run over just down the street, and they think it's Ollie. My dad goes to check, comes back with Ollies collar asks if it is his collar, I say yes, and well that's that.

We had had him for about 4 years, one day he just showed up as a malnurished kitten, eating the food I had put out for our cats, and sneaking into our house. At first we were gonna give him away, but the longer he stayed with us we just ended up keeping him as our own. He was always a bit of an outsider, the other two cats didn't like him, but he was very affectionate. Just last night I remember seeing him, giving him a stroke, it's strange to think that's the last time I will see him. It didn't really hit me until I saw his collar, with the little bell on it crushed and broken, feel choked up just thinking about it.

As bad as it is to say, I am quite relieved it was him and not Leo, cause that would have been unbearable for me, but still I'm gonna miss him. I feel sad that other people in my family don't seem that upset, I don't know what I want, for everyone to be inconsoleable and distraught... idk, I just feel like Ollie deserved more. It's all just fucking depressing.

That's why I'm glad I keep my cats indoors. I'm sorry about your loss, I know what it feels like to lose cats that way, and to lose many loved pets.

That's why I'm glad I keep my cats indoors. I'm sorry about your loss, I know what it feels like to lose cats that way, and to lose many loved pets.

It was a big shock to me, you kinda think once a cat has been alive for a few years they'll be wise enough to stay safe on roads and stuff. I've had one of my cats be run over before, but he was young, barely one year old, and cats from other families I've known have been run over, have been young too.

I did have little fleeting thoughts about the possibility of keeping our remaining two cats indoors after finding out, just because I know now I'm gonna start worrying about them when they're out for long. But I know it'd be cruel to take that freedom away from them now after they've lived their whole lives being able to come and go as they please. And at any rate Ollie was always more adventurous, and braver than the other two, so hopefully they should be fine.

I can honestly say if one of my dogs were hit by a car you wouldn't see me...ever again. I would have put both fists through the persons chest and eaten their heart.

...Quite literally I would try. I forsee screaming and a long and sketchy court trial with me ending up in a mental hospital...

I'm being totally serious. Losing one of them would break me.

I don't know the exact details, but from what people have told my mum and she has went on to tell me, the person who ran him over was driving in a red jaguar, and didn't stop once they had hit him. I doubt he/she will lose sleep over it. It was other people from the town who took him to the vet.

I don't even feel angry to be honest, I just feel really deflated and down about it.

Keeping a cat indoors will actually increase their survivability. Outside they can contact illness, insects, as well as get taken or hurt.
