Dawg, that was why I posted it. It's an anime that has been airing for children (anime is Japanese cartoons) called 'Needless' and that is a picture of one getting juice over herself with that sentence.

Eh...having an indepth knowledge of explicit anime...it didn't look like it was for children. I took the safer route. Post it again if you'd like.

No. Not as a whole. From what I've watched. The studio probably pays a hefty tax for uncensoring it, but it does exist. That's as far As I'll go.

Really?

Considering the government watches the internet like a crouching tiger on every single internet cafe, I am surprised to hear that.

Then again money can be the key to all locked doors, though I did think they just shipped it off to some company in another country with an uncensored version and then they sold it over there.
