Yeah, that seemed to me more of a "gonna fake out like I thought I won and then 'aww man, grats guys' and walk back". If anything, it came off as a good sportsmanship type move. You can tell he's disappointed, but he didn't really disrupt anything nor did he seem like wanted to.
