Yeah and he apparently will "pay his share" at the end of the month when he should pay the whole damn bill tomorrow. Says the cat is "f'ing stupid" and it's not the cats fault!
So he doesn't even offer any money that will have to be paid in the morning, now I have to beg my work to loan me 500 dollars or an advance. I feel like I'm going to be sick.

There is no payment plan? Did you go to an actual vet or spca? Usually you can do payments.

I went to the vet, they don't have payment plans there. We have to pay when we pick him up.
My aunt said she'd lend us 500 so at least there's that.
Some people suggested the university, but I don't know how long they would take before they would do it. Another person suggested doing like a farm and using an elastic.

I hate doing shit tons of work to succeed in things that are only stepping stones. I really don't give a crap about being an officer. And I don't give a fuck about being a nurse.
But these things are steps toward my goals. And goddamnit, I have to succeed, but this shit sucks. It always feels like it's going to collapse all around me in flames. Like I'm teetering on the precipice of chaos and homelessness.

I'm pretty sure China has nukes.
And the only reason Japan doesn't is because we pretty much serve as their military, and they don't *need* to make nukes. Ten minutes after we withdraw from that responsibility, Japan would have them.
