Not many champions go where they pleases. Wait for Renekton perhaps? Seems to be a pretty butch tanky guy who also can save himself in some situations with R, with the exception of pwning faces while standing still compared to while running.

I initially liked the sound of Renekton, but now I'm a little apprehensive about the addition of another beefy DPS. I guess if they leave Deathcap unchanged my concerns aren't as serious.

Talking to Waff and he was saying he saw a conversation about whether Deathcap was over-powered or the other AP items were underpowered. My gut response was that Deathcap was OP, but upon further consideration, I think I agree that the other AP items should be buffed. Not massively, of course, but casters have trouble staying viable and I think it's because of poor item choices.

That said, I think the addition of the Deathcap brings to light some AP ratios that are just way out of whack. Sion and Kassadin are the ones that immediately spring to mind. Personally, I think Sion is one of those champions who just gets too much of everything; he has absolutely insane burst off of his stun and shield ratios, good base AD and HP because of his E and built-in AS, Lifesteal, and AoE healing.

Kassadin just has ridiculous base damage and his ratios are higher than the average burst-caster. Put that on top of the fact that he has an insane amount of mobility and a reliable silence (vs Annie's or LeBlance's, for example) and I think you have a case where stronger AP items need to result in some tweaked ratios.

What I don't like about Gang is that he's always a gimmick and it's never a reliable one. Either you hope you get a crit on your pistol or you hope you hit people with your ult or you hope that you cleanse at the right time.

And denying is just dumb.

No. They're trying to normalize the RNG (lawl, rite?). The idea being that you won't be able to get 5 crits in a row or go 10 minutes without getting a single dodge or whatever.

I assume that, for any given attack, your chance to crit will be whatever your chance to crit is. If it does crit, your next attack will have a reduced chance to crit and so on. It's all going to be behind the scenes stuff that will never matter to the average player.

The idea, though, is that there won't be any ridiculous strings of crits (or not-crits) anymore. I don't think there will be an observable difference once that's implemented.

There's a timer so you can't go through the cases without reading them. Also, there are 2 (at least?) judges on every case and if you always get the verdict wrong (majority = right, in this case) then you won't be allowed to use the tribunal anymore.

The only problem I can foresee is that they still are going to need to review the cases where a person has been marked guilty in order to decide on a punishment. I'm not sure they'll be able to handle that load of work either, but it should be way less than what they have now.

Additionally, they have review system for the tribune themselves. If someone just hits "innocent" in every case, they'll lose their ability to feedback.

They haven't been super specific about it, but they've put measures in place to try and prevent as much abuse as possible.

Yeah, I've seen FeelNoFear play. He does play a decent pirate, but it's still way too gimmicky. If his gun doesn't crit he does no damage. If his ult doesn't hit, it's completely waste. If both of those things happen (a frustratingly common scenario) then he does absolutely nothing.

Why pick him when you could take someone like Master Yi or Xin Zhou who does reliable, consistent damage?

He can be fun, I won't deny that, but his gimmicks are way too much risk for the reward. If they RGN rolls in his favor, then he can do some decent damage, but the problem is that that puts him on the level of just about any other melee dps. When the RNG gods are not smiling on him, it sucks balls.

Playing as pirate when you don't get your random rolls is very, very, very frustrating.

EDIT: BTW, Belle, if you do end up playing with him, run as many crit runes as you can.
