He used the editor. Then he used the editor again to delete the TNT and make a fake aftermath. The game can't explode that much tnt. It freezes.

For the 'wtf is this' side of Minecraft. Also to familiarize yourself with things you'll definitely definitely want (aka, chests, crafting tables, furnaces, etc).

As for the 'oh, all this shit is fucking awesome, now what,' that's something you gotta swing yo'self. I'm kinda in that place now where I've seen a lot that Minecraft has to offer, now I just gotta put my own bit back into it. It's hard to figure out where to start.

All of this to say, I just finished my monster trap. It's available for people to gather some supplies if they'd like. It actually puts out rather well.

With the obvious restriction that you stay in the fucking collection spot, and you don't go digging into the walls and seeing the inside of it. After spending an hour-and-a-half fixing the damn thing because of a mishap with the grinder (whereupon Creepers appeared, and lo, a thundrous bang was heard), I don't want to go through that again on a person's curiosity.
